We offer a full 90 day money back guarantee for defective items, however this should never happen as every item we sell is carefully tested and inspected before it is shipped.

If the merchandise should prove to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please Contact Us immediately.

Please note this policy does NOT apply to downloadable files. Should there be a problem with these please Contact Us. We do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our downloadable products.

However, we do limit e-products/downloads to store credit only. This is due to the ease of duplication and the currently popular practice of "file sharing" MP3 files.
 

Can I copy or share the file?
Downloads are for personal use only, and restricted to one person per download.  You cannot share the file(s), use the file(s) in derivative works, or sell the file or any resulting copy in a commercial, business, non-business, website, or any other enterprise.

You can make one backup and one CD copy per download as needed for personal use. You may also copy the file to personal MP3 devices, such as MP3 players for personal use.

Our files are copyrighted and watermarked.  However, note that the only method we have of preventing file duplication to any device is through our licensing terms.  If you are attempting to create a CD or copy to an MP3 player and are experiencing problems; please contact the software company responsible for the software used to make the CD or copy to MP3 device. We have no restrictions, and have no control of the software you may use once our MP3 file is on your computer.

 

Shipping Information

At present we have a policy of free worldwide delivery on all audio products and DVD's sent by standard postal services. Items that require postage to be paid have the details listed under the product description. Downloadable items are of course free.

Courier services are available but are chargeable at whatever rate is currently in force.
